From experience with a C62 the head is only removable as a unit, in
your case it may entirely different - but I doubt it.
The head is fixed to the head chamber via a screw on plate on the
cartridge holder, the actual head plate are connected by a short flat
cable to a nozzle selector board which may contain additional
electronic components this has to be removed along with the ribbon
cable which IS only removable at the printers connector end that
connects to the printer electronics.
You'll end up with the nozzle plate connected by a short ribbon cable
and a small circuit board with a long lead going to the printers
electronics, the lead to the heads and the small circuit board cannot
be removed unless you have SMD soldering equipment - Note this is the
C62 printer.
So the answer is yes it is removable but only as a complete assembley
It is fatal you handle the print head face with care. If the ink leaks
onto this board it is liable to corrode the fine copper tracks inspite
of it being protected by a protection lacquer, after time it will
become porus and then eats away exposing the bare copper tracks which
suffer the same fate.
