R/hand click open in new window

Used to open a full screen window (not tiled).

After dealing with some spy ware now each time we select 'open in new
window' in IE we get a small window displayed which we must maximise in order
to view the full information.

Can anyone offer guidance on how we set up IE to open new windows from right
mouse click so that window is full screen maximised version?

Open said window. Close the first window.

Resize the new window using the arrow (diagonal) by dragging it up/left and
then stretching down/right.

Close new window.

All IE windows should then open that size until some webmaster comes along
and changes it on you again. Repeat as needed.

That works for most any resizable window.
