qwerty keyboard and french accents

Hello,

I am using at work a Windows 2000. I use with the OS a QWERTY (US)
keyboard, but as a french man I have sometime to make some french
accent. I cannot find the how to make then.

Is there somewhere an 'accents shortcuts table' ?
