Quote marks around names

When I receive the emails it comes into my inBox Also the name format ( eg
betts, steve or ‘ betts, steve ‘ with quote marks ) is determined by outlook
– I do not edit or change this is any way ( in fact you cant) so sorting by
name results in the two and some times 3 formats appearing
 
those are added by the sending client/server.

OK, but is there a way to get rid of them.
