form factor = ATX.

Have a look at this site - it'll give you some possibilities.

2 rules to bear in mind - copper conducts heat better than aluminium
so coolers with with copper bases and heat pipes are most effective
and small fans that spin fast are noisy so the quiet ones all have large
slow fans
