I have a simple macro that transfers a spreadsheet to a
folder on my C drive.
When I run the macro (Autoexec) from within Access, the
spreadsheet gets successfully transported to my folder.
But if I open the Access DB from Windows Explorer by
choosing my Database name and pressing enter, it fails.
The spreadsheet gets transported, but I get an error
message which points me to check my file (C:\*.mdb) or one
of its components.
The same occurs if I run a batch file.
Can you explain why the macro would run successfully from
within Access but not if I open it from Windows Explorer
or the Batch file ?
Thank-you,
