QUIKANIM.ppt

I created a presentation and deleted the animation. Now I get 65 slides in
front of my presentation that defaulted to the name QUIKANIM.ppt - I have to
delete this presentation every time in order to see my original presentation.
How can I get rid of this QUIKANIM presentation altogether?

How did you delete the animation?

IIRC, quickanim.ppt is the name of the file where you can customize the
animation schemes. Something very strange is happening if this file is being
incorporated into your files regularly.

Perhaps you set it as the default template by mistake? I've no idea if that
would really cause the problem you describe, but try going to Format|Slide
Design, right-clicking one of the templates in the taskpane, and selecting
"use for all new presentations."
