Went to Tesco today my gawd hardly anyone in there.
No queues nufink In and out half an hour.
Must all be getting Pi##ed just to have a hang-over tomorrow:lol:
 
I was wondering what it was like "out and about" today... I made sure that we were all sorted a couple of days ago, because I was dreading the thought of Christmas Eve crowds :D In fact, we avoided most of the crowds this year by doing most things via the internet.

Glad you were able to get your shopping done without too much hassle :thumb:

I've been baking most of the day... as fast as I make the mince pies, Terry eats them ... wonder what can be done for mince pie addiction :rolleyes: :lol:

To honest I can`t stand > mince pies>christmas pudding> or anything like that Yughhhhh.....
 
Yesterday Sainsburys as 0600 was queing back the main road & they did not open until 0700.
Today it was ever so peacefull, but stil people buying loads of food.
The supermarkets are only closed for 2 days, anyone would think it's a week!!!
But local village Co-Op is open Boxing Day @ 0800!:thumb:
 
A friend in Balham, South London found most shops open yesterday due to the large ethnic non-christian community living in the area, hence shops are open even yesterday!!
