QuickTime H.264 & PPT 2003

Does anyone know if PowerPoint 2003 will accept an import of the QuickTime
H.264 movie format? I have several QuickTime movies that won't go into
PowerPoint now and Apple has a program that will convert them to .avi or
H.264. The tech at Apple says I won't be happy with the quality of .avi, but
doesn't know if PPT 2003 will support H.264 (catch 22 strikes again!)

There is a great (super even) piece of software called SUPER from erightsoft
that will happily convert between most video formats.

Your best bet is to convert your source video to WMV
