I am attempting to open Quicktime on my computer and am about to throw the
whole bloody computer in the rubbish bin. In an attempt to use the Quicktime
player on my comp. with XP a pop up tells me "Quicktime active x missing", Is
there some kind and helpful individual out there who can tell me where I get
this active x control plus what is it? I have been to the Apple web site for
Quicktime several
times and loaded Quicktime 7.1 (the free one) several times to no avail!!
Should this control be loaded with the program or is it something that should
be loaded down from Microsoft or somewhere else ?
Thanks all .
