quicklaunch toolbar

windows xp home pIII 1.6 512mb 40gb Everything works but have lost
the quicklaunch toolbar and am unable to get it back. System restore
failed. When I try to get it back, it states (unable to install toolbar)
How do I get it back?
 
The QuickLaunch toolbar is really a folder.

Assuming you logged on as Administrator, the folder is at: \Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick
Launch

Check and see if yours is wherever it's supposed to be under your log-in or
user name.
