I'm having a problem exiting Quickbooks and getting payroll download from
the internet. My internet tech has said the internet connection is fine (I
am able to get on the internet) and QB says the problem is not with their
program....I have uninstalled and reinstalled QB and I still get an error
message when I try to go to "Get Download." QB says it is possibly a
firewall. Is there anything in Microsoft that would prevent me from getting
out? I have uninstalled spyware, I don't have norton, etc. etc. I have
Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2.....Please help?
