QuickBooks Help files and IE 6

System: XP Home Edition with SP 1 (cannot download SP2, but that is another
issue all together :) ), IE6, Pentium 4, Norton AntiVirus/Internet Security
2004, AdAware SE, QuickBooks Pro 2004
I have been using QB since August 2004, suddenly in November I can no longer
access the Help & Support files in the program. This is the error message I
receive: Invalid Syntax Error "The page cannot be displayed"....appears the
program is pointing to an s: drive. I can access internet files from other
areas of the program (i.e. Internet Banking) but not the Help files. Before
calling Intuit I uninstalled/reinstalled IE6 (per Microsoft's instructions in
Knowledge Base) and that did not help. Spent 4 hours on the phone with
Intuit and those people are morons.....they keep saying it is an IE6 problem,
yet cannot explain how come I can access other internet features in the
program or why IE works for everything else. Their solution has been to have
me unsinstall/reinstall QB 4 times...before I call them AGAIN, does anyone
have a solution? I am not very computer savvy, so any help will need to be
very detailed yet simple for me to understand.
Thank you in advance for your help

Carey,
I appreciate your help. Went to the link and did everything needed on my
Norton Internet Security, but this still did not fix the problem. In doing
some more searching on the Internet I finally came across the solution.

Go to start----run----type "regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx" click ok. This fixed the
problem.

Thanks again for your help.
