quickbooks 2000

I have Windows 2000 on my office computer. I have tried
to install Quickbooks 2003, it installs fine, but there
are no icons for shortcuts. I searched the help section
and found that I need to go to the task manager and click
on the process tab. Then find explorer.exe and click on
it. I am finding there is no explorer.exe file on the
task manager. My instructions do not tell me what to do
if that file is not there. Any help someone can give
would be greatly appreciated.

try the following
start
search
*qbw32

you should see under names qbw32.exe
under in folder c:\Program Files\Intuit\Quickbooks Pro2003

you can right click on the qbw3.exe and sent shortcut to
desktop and rename it to Qbook2003.

hope this help

to get explore right click on start click on explore you
will should see every thing on you drivers.
