We got our upgrade of speed from 2Mb to 4MB & the possibility to 8MB from our ISP on Tuesday. A few problems with it, but when i phoned up Virgin they explained what was happening, how long i would be off line for & that they would also send out a new modem & 2 filter's at no charge.
I have been impressed with Virgins service from day 1 & even more so now.
With all the competition out their it's good to see a good service, i'm a happy customer
