quick roaming profile question

Hi people,

I want to set up the profiles on my 2k3 server as roaming, for 2k clients.
Reason for this is so mydocs can be backed up and favourites are mobile.

Thing is, the MyDocs folders are quite large, and everytime the user loggs
on, i dont want it to be copied back and forth. If i set up the profiles as
roaming, will the data only be copied over on first logon, and only files
that have been modified be sent back to the server on logoff, or do i need
to do something special? does that make sense lol.

One thing you might want to try instead is My Document Folder Redirection.
