Quick Launch

Unfortunately, someone deleted the "desktop" icon from my
quick launch toolbar, and I CANNOT find a way to put it
back on there. Any suggestions?

P.S. - I don't want a desktop folder shortcut in there, I
want that pad with the pen on it that minimized and
maximizes all open windows/programs. Thank you!
