Quick launch

Can anyone help. My wife used my PC last night and I don't know how she did
it but I know she did it. My quick launch icons are all gone. I tried to
enable it by using the toolbars through my task bar but everthing is grayed
out. Is there another way.

Right click, Toolbars, and select the ones you want.
