Quick launch toolbar is hidden

Hi,

does anyone know how to display the quick launch toolbar in Win 2000 if the
right click on the taskbar doesn't display the pop up menu?
I think it's a problem with the active desktop (maybe it's not configured
correctly). I have MSIE 6.1.

I found some suggestions on how to display the quick launch toolbar, but
unfortunately they apply only to win XP (using the NoToolbarsOnTaskbar key
in the registry).


I would really appreciate any suggestions
