I think I already know the answer to this one, but I thought I'd ask just in
case I'm wrong.
I've always used Quick Launch extensively, and now - with a 22" widescreen
display - it's a pain when the icons shift position without any
encouragement from me. I like to keep the most-used shortcuts near the
centre of the width of the display, as I use a Wacom pen pad for most
everything. (Yes, it's widescreen ratio too.)
Is there any way at all that the shortcut icons can be 'anchored' so that
they don't change position? Any suggestion greatly appreciated. (I tried
locking the task bar but that doesn't seem to lock the icons....)

PS: This likely happened in XP, too, but it wasn't as bothersome with a 4:3
screen as it is with 16:9. 8(
