The quick launc menu bar moved from the left to the right
side of the task bar. I can't get it back to the left.

Right-click an empty spot on the Taskbar and unlock the Bar. Then drag
the toolbar to the left.
 
Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar - make sure "Lock the taskbar" is
not checked. You should then be able to grab the "handle" at the left end of
the quick launch toolbar and drag it over to where you want it.
