Are you talking about:
<Alt> + <E> <S>
Or possibly adding an icon to the toolbar.
Right click in the toolbar and choose "Customize".
"Commands" tab, and click "Edit" in the left window.
Click and drag "PasteSpecial" from the right window to the toolbar.
If you don't like the text button, you can click on "ModifySelection", and
then click on "ChangeButtonImage", and choose one of those icon options.
