suggest you don't use all capitals because that's considered SHOUTING.
(occasional capitalized words are fine for EMPHASIS.) also, your expectation
of response time is unrealistic; it's not unusual for a post to be answered
from several hours up to several days after it's posted. sometimes a post is
answered within minutes, but that's just the luck of the draw. this is a
free, peer-to-peer forum, not a help desk, so there's no guarantee that your
question will be answered at all, let alone within a few minutes.
once you post a question, you should wait at least a day for a response
before posting again (and the next time around, it's a good idea to review
your post to see if it needs to be more clear and/or more specific, rather
than just posting the same question that did not get a response the first
time). posting a question, and then starting a new thread with the same
question 16 minutes later, as you did, will not bring you a response any
faster.
