We would like to have the each conference room set up so an individual can
see their availability (the same as you can see each of the invitees to a
meeting – under the “Scheduling” tab in Outlook) and would be able to include
the conference room when sending the invitation to a meeting so the meeting
go on the conference room calendar automatically. I have been told this is
possible if each of the conference rooms is set up as a person in Outlook.
Any thoughts?
