Hi everybody,
I would like to do the following in Access 2000:
We have a database of various people's preferences,
experiences etc.
I need to build a form which can then be filled in by
people, like a questionnaire. The form will use option
groups to record opinions, e.g. Do you like ice-cream?
Then 1=Strongly agree 2= Agree 3= Neutral etc.
This form/data should then be in a state that can first be
approved by a power user, and then easily be added to the
respective persons other details in a table.
How can I do this? I know that everyone here uses Access,
so it should be possible for the questionnaire to be
distributed as a Access form.
Any tips are very welcome!
Thanks
Jean
