Even if I don't have any media player, will PowerPoint still play sounds in
my presentations?

If you have Windows, you have the MCI player. However, the best thing to do
is try it. Depending on your version of Windows and PowerPoint and the type
of sound files, you may want to download and install the Windows Media
Player. If it works without then fine. If not, come back here and let us
know what problems you have and we'll try to help.

What Sonia said. Also, if you use WAV files as your sounds, PPT can play these
more or less natively, so there's no need for media players

Thanks, guys. That's all I need to know.
