Never having used this newsgroup system before, I thank
you in advance. My question is this:

In my office, the bosses use Outlook Express and when they
are finished with a message, they put it in the deleted
mail folder, but the folder is never emptied. There are
over 4,000 messages in each deleted mail folder, taking up
a large amount of space. I would like to copy/burn these
folders to a CD and do not know how.

Can anyone help?

Why not deleting it? It a funny way of archiving; storing important stuff in
the waste basked. It's just waiting till the cleaning lady comes by...

Anyway; search for the dbx-file and copy it to CD

For more info ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office
Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!
