hey anyone who can anwser this question is really the
master of using access. i need to insert an excel table
into an access database anyone can help please e-mail me
 
File | Get External Data | Import (or Link, whichever you prefer).

File... Get External Data... Import, choose files of type Excel.

Your email request is extraordinarily impolite since you have an
obviously invalid reply-to address with no suggestions to correct it;
it would be merely impolite if you had posted your actual address. If
it's worth my while to volunteer my time to answer questions on the
newsgroup it should be worth yours to come back to the newsgroup for
the answer.

I've guessed at the correct domain name; please reply to the newsgroup
rather than by EMail; as an unpaid volunteer I must reserve private
EMail support to my paying clients.
