Hi

Dont know where to start with this question.

I will be running access on my laptop which i will have
two screens one i want to display the results of a tenpin
bowling tournament and on the other i will do all my data
entry and stuff the spectators dont need to see. All out
of the one database. Im not an advance user of access but
do know a little about.

ummm... what's the question, exactly?

You can have hundreds of Forms ("screens") in your database, and have
none, any one of them, or two or more open at the same time. Do you
mean that you want the spectators to see one thing on your laptop
screen while you see something else at the same time? or do you have
an attached monitor?

I have an attached monitor for the spectors to view, but

they cant view what i see.

Id that any clearer.

Thanks, that helps... unfortunately I don't have any experience at all
with two-monitor setups. I would GUESS that you could have the two
physical monitors displaying different portions (different Access
forms) of a larger logical window, but how you would set that up I
just don't know!
