Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to be able to get the exported
Excel version of the report to look just like the print version of the
report. By changing the layout of the report around, you may be able to
come up with a version that exports to Excel better. Does the recipient
need to be able to edit the data in the spreadsheet? About the only way
you can get an exported report to look just like the original is to
export it to the snapshot format; then the recipient can use the
free -- and freely distributable -- Snapshot Viewer to view and print
the report.

Hi I have a problem, I have a report that I want to send
by email as an excel document, so I go to file, send to,
mail recepient, then I select Excel format, but when the
other person receives it, it comes up all mixed up. What
can I do to solve this problem? I appreciate your help.

Please define "all mixed up". In general, exporting a report to Excel
format doesn't give you exactly what you'd like, but I can't tell from
your description if you're getting anything out of the ordinary. You'd
get more consistent results if you just sent a query in Excel format.

By saying "all mixed up" I mean not the same as the
report looks. I have 3 sections, and the last part of it
instead of showing at the bottom of the page, it shows it
beside it.
