The Product Key changer will not accept an upgrade Windows XP Product Key
since non-genuine Windows XP versions are almost always "Full Version".
The least expensive way to convert a non-genuine version of Windows XP to
a genuine version is to visit:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/default.mspx and click
on "Validate Windows". When validation fails, you'll see a button to
click on with instructions to acquire a genuine WGA Kit from Microsoft.
