In my W2K WINNT folder there is a file for Internet Logs that includes
various "tmp" files like "xDB25xx (where the last two "x" entries in
the file name are sequential numbers), some temp files that I know are
associated with my Zone Alarm firewall program, and files named
"3704657.idb", "backup.rdb", "fwbglog.txt", "fwplog.txt", iamdb.rbd",
safeprograms.xml" and "tvDebug.log" (which is the largest of the files
in this folder).

Which, if any, of these files is it OK to delete?

You can delete any file with extension tmp. You can delete BACKUP.RDB,
but ZA will just create another one the next time it starts. Don't delete
IAMDB.RDB or {MachineName}.ldb unless you want to wipe out ZA's settings
and start fresh. I'd guess that safeprograms.xml is similsr. You
probably can't delete tvDebug.log or fwdbglog.txt wothout stopping ZA
first, but if you succeed in doing it, deleting them won't cause any
problems. You can delete ZALog.txt at any time.
