This claims to be able to do it, but won't let you save the results:

I suggest that you ask this question in the alt.comp.freeware group.
They've discussed vocal removal software in the past, and I'm sure someone
will have a recommendation for you. A brief Google search of the group
yielded this: http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/audio/vremover.htm

what is the alt.comp.freeware group

I note that since you posted this question, you've discovered a way to
post to alt.comp.freeware. Posting via Google is a bit inefficient, but
it will get the job done. Google Groups is a bit slow-motion; you may not
see your post or any responses until hours after they have been submitted,
but they will eventually appear if you keep checking back. Another,
faster way to keep tabs on your post to that newsgroup is to check in on
this Google Beta newsgroup page:
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/alt.comp.freeware

The best way to post and retrieve messages from the newsgroups is by
connecting your newsreader (Outlook Express for instance) to your ISP's
news server, and I'm sure your ISP has instructions on their website.
That goes beyond the scope of your initial question of course, but I just
thought I'd mention it.

Regards,
Ian.

You have created dual posts of one removing background music and
another of removing voice-over. Your first one got a response from
Ionizer that iTunes could be your possible solution. Why don't you check
into this and it may give you an answer to remove voice also. Use a
little initiative and research your situation. That's what computers are for,
not just to put the onus on someone else.
