Question regarding upgrading from KAV 5 to 6

When upgrading from KAV Personal Pro 5.0 to KAV 6, do I have uninstall?

I can't find the info on Kaspersky's Web site, except for the fact that
it is a free upgrade. I'm kind of leery of doing this at all, since
Kaspersky's 'support' is the worst I've ever encountered - and that's
from a guy who has used the product almost from its inception.

It is recomended. Have you visited the KAV Forums to search for advice?

Well, The KAV Forum is very helpful. If you're looking for bad support, I
can suggest some AV applications whose support is far worse.
