Question regarding MS03-32 patch

On September 8 Microsoft realesed updated patch to the MS03-32
bulletin. But it sucks:( It still have holes unpatched:( I thought that
it will be the end, but not. And there are no updates:( You can check
your browsers for this vulnerability at:

I have the latest patch but this site says that I'm still
vulnerable:(

Microsoft, any comments regarding this?

And one more question - is there any e-mails to where I can report
about various patch bugs and so on? Thanks
