Question regarding Hyperlinks on Reports

I would like to create a report that brings up rows of data. Then I would
like to be able to click on one of the fields to bring up a form to change
the data for that record. My example is I have multiple request numbers. I
run a report that shows me all the requests for a certain day. I would like
to change something on one of the records so I would click on the request
number field and it would bring up a form so I could edit the data.
Any help would be appreciated.

Access Reports are not intended for user interaction; Access Forms are
intended for that purpose. Reports are intended for printing in one manner
or another, but can be Previewed on-screen. Perhaps you can use a Form to do
what you want, instead of the Report.

I'm sure user interaction with reports has been submitted to Microsoft's
Access Wish List many times, but if you want it, another voice wouldn't
hurt.

How do I do this with a Form? I have tried making the field a Hyperlink, but
still nothing happens. ??
