Assuming your Windows Live ID is based on your ISP e-mail address, you actually don't need to
do anything -- your address will continue working.
However, Microsoft does provide the option to reset your password based on your e-mail
address and as such, if someone else from that ISP took the same name, they could in theory
take over your account.
However, the Windows Live ID site can actually change your e-mail address to avoid this
problem (and transfer your Messenger contacts for you). This can be done here: https://account.live.com/ChangeId.aspx
