Question on Road game

This regards the Road game by Peter Balch. Has anybody tried it?

I contacted the author, no reply. This seems like a nice small
executable car/train program.

In the ROAD help file it describes Options, where settings can be
changed. Nowhere in the program can I actually see an Options screen.

Where is it located?

Are you going to feel silly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It says in the Help file "press CTR & O to go to options screen, and this
works for me.
You won't be over endowed with options but they are there
