question on prefetch

hi,
can I safely delete the contents of this folder? I have had the computer
for 11 days but only show files for the past 6 days. are the files dumped
after so many days?

Yes they are dumped after X amount of days,prefetch will help programs that
you use all the time load faster it's best to leave the contents alone,you
will gain nothing by deleting the contents.
