question on personal vs business appointments

I keep a calendar in outlook with both personal and
business appointments. My boss wants we to share my sales
appionment schedule with him. Is there a way I can do that
without sharing the personal appointments without
maintaing two calendars? I know each appointment asks for
a category type so I'm thinking there must be a way to
sort these out. I currently have only a private folder for
my calendar

At the bottom of each appointment is a tiny little box
to check titled "Private". If you turn on the "Private"
setting on an appointment then when others look at
your calendar they will only see "Infomation not available"
for that appointment. This is how I keep my private and
business in the same calendar that I share with my entire
company.
