Question on entertainment download site's safety

Does anyone know about a site that just wrote me,
http://imp3search.com/indexaz.htm

They offer free downloads of music, movies, etc...

I didn't hang around very long, nor register nor download anything but just
wonder how safe this URL is. Are they a data miner, etc.

If you got this from a spam email, forget about it. Think about it -
free downloads of music, movies, etc. from a spam mail? Remember the old
adages - "there's no free lunch" and "if it seems to be too good to be
true, it is".
