Question missing

Hi
I posted a question yesterday about no audio in Movie Maker and now the
question has vanished!!! Any one with an idea as to why the question has
gone ?(posted 17/9/06

Are you importing the video with your
IEEE 1394 Firewire connection?

Is the clip in the MPEG format? You may
have to convert it to a different format.

Thanks for your help. My PC does not have a firewire connection. Is this the
only way of capturing directly from my Canaon DV? According to Canon help it
is!

I'm no expert on importing video from a
camcorder but from all the reading I've
done...Firewire would certainly be the best
method.

If your PC doesn't have an IEEE 1394
Firewire connection and you don't plan on
adding one...I guess you could try USB but
the video quality would probably suffer and
you may have errors also.
