One of my users was in China and he was able to access his
e-mail through OWA. Since he was in China, his
system 'automaticaly' switched to chinese language. After
arriving back in the states, his email inbox and most of
the sub-folders have ??? question marks in place of the
letters. I checked his regional settings, keyboard layout,
outlook properties to make sure that he was set up to send
and receive in Outlook rich-text format, and to make sure
he didn't have any funky offline setttings.
Any help?
Thanks in advance,
Zeke
