Question - I think not sure. but there are many ways around it - SQL and Excel

Ok,

If i had a worksheet of 100 rows + 1 header.

I wanted to turn each row + copy 1 header into a work sheet or separate file.

Is this possible? I heard some dude designed a free app for excel that does this.

I'm just asking for hints/suggestions.
