Hi Arvin, I'm a access newbie working on putting together an access database and I downloaded the template from mvps.org the file was bapp2000, I was wondering if this is something i can utilize and if so, how do i clear the tables and put my information in. IE getting the primary keys to respond to new information. I would really appreciate some input and advice from a professional. Thanks for your time Arvin.

Newsgroups are great places for asking a question to anyone who might see it
and answer, but they aren't particularly good places for personal
communication with individuals.

The "template" you downloaded isn't a "template" -- it is a database of
"solutions" which are described and illustrated. It is intended to explain
particular approaches to solving common Access problems that you can employ
in your own databases.

It is not a framework database, or template, that you can empty of the
sample data and load your own.

What functionality do you need in a database -- it's possible there may be a
"template" somewhere... like on the Microsoft site... that will give you a
start. It's more likely that there won't be, as there's very little
incentive for anyone but Microsoft to create template databases.
