Impossible. Please, show me just one "Giber" post that can be declared as spam.
If banning Giber was not an error, then maybe you have a Moderator that kicks
PCreview users to damage your site?

hmm, after looking at giber's profile it lists his homepage as a site for buying some software, IIRC i think he asked us about the pricing of said software or something or other about it and got banned

and as the others have said why are you so interested ?
