Question: Can't power up a Dell after a harddrive repair

Hi everybody,

I recently repaired the partition on a Dell pc harddrive using my own
pc(windows repair). When I replaced the harddrive back in the Dell, I go to
power it up and it won't power up anyhting. The only issue I had during
instal was a bent pin on the board side controller for the hard drive. No
big deal, just bent it back.

The power light on the board comes on, but thats it besides the front power
light blinks.
The owner manual says this means its in hibernation, but my instinct tells
me otherwise in this situation. If anybody out there has any ideas I sure
would appreciate it. I went back and double checked my connections but I'm
stumped.Thanks

disconnect the drive and see if the machine posts..
