How do you manually add an Email address to the blocked senders list?
it's easy to do if you have an email from the sender that method I
understand
But I know an email address I want to add to the blocked senders list but I
can't find where to add it

Tools/junk email options/blockedsenders /add/open eyes

You can manually set up a message rule and add the address that way and then
choose the disposition of the message accordingly. Tools | Message Rules |
Mail.
