question about win2000

Looks like I'm fixing to inherit a pc with Win2000. Is 2000 still a good,
rock solid OS in current use by many?

What email program comes with Win2000?
 
Nothing has changed with it. Outlook Express is an integrated part of
Internet Explorer.

I'd still recommend win 2000 - very stable, most software supports it
still (except IE 7 (there is always firefox) and Media Player 10+).
In fact, I am using it now ;)
