Question about Webmon

Just a quick question about the *order* in which web pages are checked for
updates...

Under Preferences there's something called 'Visual Settings' that allows
you to change the order of the web pages in the list. But it appears to be
purely cosmetic. When I check all the web pages, it proceeds in the
original order, not the new order.

Is there a way around this? I have a lot of sites on the list, and some
that are listed first, I'd rather have checked last.

Thanks.

Hi there - it works OK for me using the manually sort option in the visual
settings. Make sure you are using the keyboard keys designated not the arrow
keys to move the highlighted item (highlight one at a time)

OK thanks, I'll try that. I was sorting alphabetically and that was only
a cosmetic change.

Update: Okay, I changed the setting to allow for the use of the arrow
keys. But when I press the arrow keys, nothing happens. I'm using a
laptop, so I'm using the only arrow keys available, which are on the
keyboard. I wonder what the story is.. I did have one of the arrow keys
re-mapped using The Wonderful Icon, but I closed that program.

Never mind. I finally figure out what you were getting at. It's the
'greater than' and 'lesser than' keys, not the arrow keys lol. It tried it
and it works. Thanks much for your help. :)
